Hemant & Nandita began their journey in fashion twelve years back by launching their label Hemant –Nandita. Their forte has always been prints and amalgamating traditional and contemporary elements together. The inter-mingling of these trends are their true sensibilities.
Like always, this time too at the Amazon India Fashion Week, the duo played with unique prints, motifs, embellishments and techniques that are not just distinct but easy, wearable and always leaves an impact.
Their latest collection inspired by their recent travel experiences had interesting prints dominated with florals. The collection was replete with wide legged trousers, pleated skirts, long coats with fur on the hemlines, sexy jumpers and quilted sleeveless coats. Knee-length harness boots, added to the oomph factor to their entire collection.
Moving on, their colour palette included hues such as dark blue, greys, teal, dark green and gold. We must say that the entire collection was styled well. They layered sexy oversized bomber jacket over a shimmering dress with floral details.
