Day 2: My Diet Plan

Well, coming back to reality, and erm…the diet!

How was your first day of dieting, really? I’m sure it wasn’t very easy but you have to lose something to gain the other. So to lose a few extra kilos you need to eat healthy and eat right. We all need that sort of balance in life, right? It’s just like dressing up one day, and lounging in your PJs with oily hair doing nothing the next day. I think going on a diet also makes your body clean and detoxes it. Here’s what you need to be eating on DAY 2.

C’mon, you can do this!

Breakfast: Take 2 egg whites; prepare an omelette using olive oil and 1 slice of brown bread.
1 cup of coffee with less milk (skimmed milk) and no sugar if possible.

Eat protein or sprouts if you don’t eat eggs.

Brunch: 4-5 slices of pineapple

Lunch: 1 bowl of sprouts salad( 1⁄2 cucumber,1 palm full of sprouts,1/2 onion, 1⁄4 of apple , 1⁄2 tomato,2 to 3 mint leaves, salt pepper & lemon juice.)

Evening snack: 1 boiled egg with green tea / coffee.

Dinner: 1 katori black chana with 1 katori rice.
