Last season, Amazon India Fashion Week presented by the Fashion Design Council of India came up with the guru-shishya concept, where a designer was the guru and another fashion designer who has worked under him was the shishya. It was Alpana and Neeraj who were the shishya and JJ Valaya was their mentor last season. This time Tarun Tahiliani being the mentor, designer Amit Aggarwal was the shishya. Amit has worked under Tahiliani years back before starting his own label.
However, the sensibility of both the designers are poles apart, this collection was a great surprise for the fashion spectacle. Here’s a sneak peek into it
